At Gone Stores, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
